Introduction

CV-Schedule ("Church Volunteer Scheduler") is a PC program for automatically scheduling the volunteers who help at Church. It is typically used to make service schedules for Ushers, Greeters, Choir, Organist, Musicians, Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors or Readers, Altar Servers, Offertory Family, Nursery Attendants, and any other Ministries that are needed at Church Service or Mass.

It only takes CV-Schedule a few seconds to compile schedules that would take many hours of work by hand. It can coordinate Family Ministries, dual Ministries, and other scheduling options that would be virtually impossible to manage with by-hand scheduling.

The CV-Schedule software and Help File are Copyright © 1997, 1999, 2008 by Cliff Leitch. They may be used on any number of computers without charge by religious organizations, educational institutions and non-profit charitable organizations.

Other users may use the software for a 60-day trial period without charge. To continue using it after 60 days, they must make a contribution of US $50.00, or equivalent, per computer, to a charitable organization of their choice. Save your receipt as proof of license.

I originally wrote the CV-Schedule software to help with scheduling volunteers at my own church. Since 1999, I have made it available on the Internet to all churches who have a similar need.

The original version of CV-Schedule was DOS-based, but it also worked well through several generations of Windows. However, there were compatibility issues with some Windows Vista systems, so I have finally converted CV-Schedule to a fully Windows-compatible Version 2.0.

I hope you will find CV-Schedule to be just what is needed at your Church!

Best regards,
Cliff Leitch
